Keto Ice Cream

This is my go-to recipe when I need a refreshing & filling dessert. As I am dairy-intolerant, I use full fat coconut milk to create my ice cream.This recipe is adapted from Keto Comfort Foods by Maria Emmerich. Makes 4- 4oz servings


2 cups Coconut Milk (full fat)

1/4 cup Allulose Keto Sugar

2 teaspoons Pipka's Cherry Extract

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/2 cup coarsely ground Lily's chocolate chips

Combine all and pour into Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. Churn until thick then scoop into individual containers Tovolo to store in freezer.
