This month's spotlight tea is Pumpkin Spice from Yogi Teas. It's a naturally caffeine free herbal tea that combines holiday spices and sweet pumpkin pieces. Chamomile and Passionflower, traditional Ayurveda herbs, help sooth and calm. The aroma of Fall spices is enjoyable without the caffeine.
I really enjoy hot tea after dinner in place of any dessert that would impair my digestion. This one is great for this time of year. During the day, I sometimes add a little coconut cream and two tea bags for a tea latte.
